About the Position

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you'll take the lead on building and maintaining server-side logic, designing APIs, and ensuring robust and secure integrations between front-end interfaces and back-end systems.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side logic and APIs
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Build and optimize database schemas, queries, and data flows (PostgreSQL)
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development workflows and improve engineering efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in back-end web development
• Proficient in Python or similar back-end programming languages
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and secure development practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
